What is Energy?
Energy is the power and electricity that makes almost everything in your home work. When you turn on the light or the TV, it uses energy.
One really important thing to do when being Earth-friendly, is save energy! Another is to save water, and not waste it!
You can do this in very simple ways:
1) Shut the water off when you brush your teeth
2) Walk, ride your bike or the bus,when traveling instead of riding in the car
3) Take faster showers or baths in a small amount of water
4) Pick out products that don't have a bunch of wrapping or packaging
5) Help hang clothes out on the line, instead of putting them in the dryer
